Wednesday Wear: Monochromatic Man.

My friend Matt at Mansnaps has recently put together a great article around the Spring Summer trend of monochrome. As you guys will know I'm going through a huge black and white phase.. It's become a staple part of my life (and my instagram). 

Here's two looks based upon the monochrome trend. The first, is more of a formal attire with a mix of high street and designer pieces, I love the over sized Reiss briefcase. 

The second outfit has more of a sportswear vibe but I wanted to add the loafers to give it some structure and formality, the 'Westside Tee' is from river island and only £12.

A formal day:

OUTFIT BUILD: The Afterparty. #LFW

The After Party. 

We've reached Saturday and London fashion week is under way, some of today's big names are J.W. Anderson & Ashish.

Where there is fashion, there is (almost) always a party that follows and I know there will probably be a party at The Box, Soho. The entertaining and diverse space has probably seen many things over its time, I've had great (yet interesting) nights in there!

I put this look together because The Box makes you feel like a Rockstar. 

Starting with this Saint Laurent palm print shirt and teaming with some skinny-cut-cropped trousers from Jil Sander. Push your femininity like a rock god and add the studded Chloé Susanna boots (Yes, they are ladies) and throw in this blue Balenciaga man pouch for good measure! 

On exit, sunglasses and a warm coat are essential as it guaranteed you will be leaving with the sunrise.

Wednesday Wear: College Days.

Relaxed and easy to wear this outfit build provides fashionable comfort with a cool guy edge. The wool blend Joyrich jumper allow a preppy feel but becomes a different outfit element when teamed with a pair of ripped skinny and a pointed chelsea boots. I've teamed a oversized tshirt with the jumper to give that "L.A. Easy life" attitude.

I have found a new appreciation for black and white photography as of late. 

Stripped back and raw I don't think colour is vital to gain an essence for style and life.
