I've idolised Kate since about 2005, for reasons that when asked I can't really describe.. Maybe it was being 15 and just attempting to live the controversial lifestyle in which over the years she's become famous for. I find her savvy & stylish but yet humble and she appears as a naive business woman. Everything she does appears to come from passion; she always seems to be enjoying life, has good friends and the only person I know who could turn a cocaine scandal into one of her most successful years!
Since being discovered at the age 14 at JFK airport she managed to reform & split the opinions of the fashion industry & define style for a generation of women.
Yesterday, saw this leader of the social scene become the rock star wife marrying Jamie Hince in a church ceremony not far from the supermodels home in the Cotswold's. Kate wore a beautifully crafted dress by good friend, John Galliano, It was a vintage style cream dress with a floor length veil. She was expected to change into a dress designed by close friend, Stella McCartney.
Kate had 16 bridesmaids on the day, a mix of friends children but head of the pack was daughter Lila Grace. Celebrity guests included Naomi Campbell, Anna Wintour, Jefferson Hack & Jade Jagger. Kelly Osbourne described the event on twitter as 'This is the most beautiful, loving, amazing wedding I have ever been to. it's magical when you see people really in love!'
