Outfit Of The Day: Sunday Suave
This look was built around a boys bedroom I came across looking at apartments in New York. I loved the combination of steel, mahogany wood and the pockets of colour from the accessories and toys. A keep part to all my outfit builds is using an array of texture to provide visual stimulation to a look.
I'm always hugely inspired by interior design and architecture probably due to my dad's career in commercial architecture and his compulsive obsession with redecorating his house.
The book featured in the picture is called
" Cabins by Philip Jodidio"
It explores the idea of the isolated cabin and the architectural
innovation accompanying it. Internationally renowned architecture writer
Philip Jodidio examines life in a small space and the opportunities for
creative thinking and low-impact living - from an artist studio in
England to eco-home huts in India. With beautiful photography,
illustrations by Marie-Laure Cruschi, and text in English, German and
French.
